Shipping Information

We use DHL Express to ship all orders. 
We will dispatch the item you order once it’s available in stock.
When placing an order, you must provide an address that our courier can obtain a signature from, when delivering your parcel. 
Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct, as we are not able to redirect. 
If no one is present, the courier will contact you directly to rearrange delivery.
 
 
UK Shipping: 
Free shipping on all standard UK orders.
We ship on Wednesdays, not including UK public holidays.
Next day delivery will be attempted on all orders placed before 2pm on a Wednesday, and any orders placed after 2pm on a Wednesday will be shipped the following Wednesday.
 
 
International Shipping:
We currently do not ship to EU countries due to new GPSR regulations.
Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery country, selected shipping method, number of items, and total parcel weight.
The shipping rates shown when checking out do not include any customs charges or import duties levied when the package reaches your destination country.
We ship on Wednesdays, not including UK public holidays.
Next day delivery will be attempted on all orders placed before 2pm on a Wednesday (allow more days for international shipments to avoid disappointment), and any orders placed after 2pm on a Wednesday will be shipped the following Wednesday.
 
 
Customs & Taxes:
Prices at checkout are not inclusive of any customs or import duties. 

Custom charges and import duties, and any other additional fees, are solely the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid when receiving the order.
Please contact your local customs authority for further information, before placing your order, to avoid unanticipated fees.
Any parcels returned for unpaid fees are not our responsibility, for which refunds will not be issued.
Please make sure to be aware if customs are trying to contact you, by regularly tracking your package.
Unfortunately, we do not have control over custom charges or import duties, and the time it takes to clear the custom process, as this varies significantly from country to country, and you may need to provide additional information to clear your order. Therefore, delays due to customs are beyond our control.


Returns & Cancellations:

We currently don’t accept any return or exchange requests, and orders cannot be cancelled or modified once an order is placed. Please double-check your purchase before checking out.
Refunds are only issued in the case of a cancelled order, based on our inability to fulfill an order, or in the case of an error on our part, resulting in a damaged or defective item. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
